We wanted to let you know that with pre-Christmas congestion in the UK shipping network, parcels to the UK could be delayed, and the estimated delivery times are likely to take longer than the ones stated on the product listing.

For orders post 10th December, there's a high likelihood they won't arrive before Christmas.

We're doing the best we can to get your shipment to you as soon as possible. We would appreciate your understanding and kindness as we are a very small business dealing with circumstances beyond our control. 

We offer free delivery to the UK for all orders over £30.

For Made of Stories Design products:

We offer international shipping and partner with global carriers to give you the best shipping experience. We also try when possible to produce the product in-country or at a facility close to the delivery destination to ensure speed of delivery and lower shipping emissions. The carriers that our production partner uses are FedEx, Latvian Post, DHL, DPD, USPS and Tracked Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery comprises of fulfilment time and shipping time. Fulfilment takes 2-7 business days to create apparel products (such as our designer clothing and bags) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (such as laptop cases). The average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order's destination. For more accurate information on shipping times, please check each product listing.

For Made of Stories Design products handmade in London:

These are premium slow fashion products made uniquely by specialists for every order. You'll understand which products are those on the product description. Timeframes to make each one of these are listed on each one of the product pages but normally it can take between 1-5 working days plus shipping time. These are dispatched with next day delivery with DHL, FedEx or Royal Mail in the UK or 5 day international delivery. 

For Curated products:

In order to offer better value and not pass on any local warehouse costs to our customers, we ship our products directly from our suppliers' facilities in Asia and Europe. Therefore, please note that if you order more than one product in an order, it will likely come in separate packages. The carrier that our suppliers use is tracked international post.

Delivery to UK and most of Europe takes about 10-15 working days but could go up to 20 working days, depending on destination country postal capacity.

We hold some inventory in a local UK warehouse. More local inventory is coming every few weeks, so feel free to drop us a note on the chat to ask us about a specific item - should you need an item delivered in less than 10 working days.

We dispatch them with Hermes tracked shipping or Royal Mail 2nd Class and share the tracking number in your shipping confirmation - when available.
